Your words, and the words of your Nour - are so true in critically important ways! We say that we care. A lot of people do really care. For others, as with most things, when your lives, your people, your humanity - are NOT - in the "forefront" of our lives - when you are not our "cousins", "daughters", "best friends" or similar - we "hear" moments in time. Parts of us - acknowledge a tiny piece of the reality, while basically denying the Depths of the Horror(s). Powerful Interests - Powerful People - "lead us" - and we follow like Sheep. Sheep - have much more humanity - much more caring than those who push the Dominant Narratives. I, both understand it deeply, in my head, while my Heart can't possible stay immersed in the Terrible Truths beyond a Point, because - then the shame and guilt and feeling of Helplessness would overwhelm me and all of us! I try to "be there" - but I'm NOT impacted like you and Your People are. The Genocide - can stop - and can be stopped. To be stopped, however, will take a lot more than we've done so far! until there are Clear Consequences - from Key People - and a Stronger Movement, it will continue to seem - Impossible. The United States - is Key! My hopes - are most deeply in our young(er) people, who question things more readily - than we old people do! We need to support them - We need to Support All - who share the Truth! I wish I could do more! I can always do at least a Little More! I feel sadness. I feel remorse. I do not feel guilt or shame! I know that - others will feel a lot of that. Unfortunately - that doesn't help you! I hope our caring, will keep you - a little tiny bit - closer - to having at least a little hope!
