Perhaps - I'm not hearing all that you are saying! As a white man, I think it important to acknowledge the significance of my being: white, male, het, upper-middle class and similar. I see the importance of my: 1.) working with other white men (as in work with Organizing White Men for Collective Liberation - www.owmcl.org - doing local and national work, 2.) doing my personal work - alone and with other men - I have a local men's group/part of an organization, 3.) educate myself - through reading, zoom - learning interactively - as well as through - A Call to Men (www.acalltomen.org) - a BIPOC lead - incredible effort - that helps educate us all - white/BIPOC, men/women, - 4. ) related to 1.) - do outreach to help reach other white as well as help each other, 5.) support the efforts - of women and BIPOC - with money and showing up for their events - with support (not draining their energy asking them to "educate me"), as well as 6. Helping to break down the divide - between "the other side" and "us" - through work with Braverangels - www.braverangels.org. Now - I'm 69 years old - I hope that you as perhaps a 22 year old - are doing your part - which is much, much more - than just writing for Medium - and perhaps making money from this.
